TICKETING

Please review the following instructions carefully before making your purchase.

GENERAL ORDERING GUIDELINES

  • All orders must be submitted online or in person with completed information. We cannot accept phone orders or purchase orders. If you do not fill in required fields, your order cannot be processed.
  • Please order only one performance date and time per show unless you will definitely be attending multiple times.
  • The first 1,000 paid seats, per performance, are guaranteed general seating on the Orchestra Level. Where you sit within each level depends on your arrival time and crowd size.
    • Unless you pay at the same time and arrive at the same time, we may not be able to seat your entire school together.
  • All tickets are $2.00 each until the payment due date. After the due date, any available seats will automatically increase to $4.00 each.
  • Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Please make sure your chaperones understand babies and toddlers accompanying them must also have a ticket. There are no lap passes.
  • Reservations may be made for orders of 20 tickets or more.
  • Special Needs Students and Groups
    • Please clearly designate on your order form that you require ADA attention.
    • Special needs students will always be seated on the Orchestra Level with at least one chaperone and, if possible, a friend.
    • We cannot guarantee these students will be seated with their class.
    • Hearing impaired classes will be seated together on the Orchestra Level.
    • After payment, please notify Patron Services at 277-3170 as soon as possible to coordinate your sign language interpreter’s needs.
  • No order is complete until it is paid. It is your responsibility to make payments on time.
