Seating Policy

• Seats are assigned by group on a first-come, first-seated basis.

• Groups must enter together to sit together.

• To expedite seating, complete groups must check in with an usher
prior to entering the building at the pillars outside the building.

> Look for a sign and blocked off area for a Lead Teacher to wait for
an usher to escort them to the appropriate door leading to the Lobby.

> Groups are escorted to a section based on order of arrival.

> Have your admission ticket clearly visible at the front of the line.

> We may not be able to direct late-arriving students or parents to your location inside the building.

• An usher will take your admission ticket and escort you to the next step of check-in where you will be escorted to a section inside the theatre.

> To better serve smaller groups, we have designated a check-in area
just for groups of fewer than 10.

• In the ordering instructions we request each teacher place his/her own order.

> It allows us to keep every class and its chaperones sitting together.

> If schools have several classes attending they do not have to wait for the others to be seated.

> We may or may not be able to keep the entire school together.

> At House discretion, orders of over 40 under one name may be seated in the balcony (even if the orchestra section is not yet full) in order to keep the group together.

• All groups, regardless of size, are asked to fill in every empty seat.

> Seats are filled from the front (stage) to back by section beginning with the first arrivals.

> We will do our best to keep small groups together, but this may not
always be possible, especially at a sold-out performance.

> You do not have your choice of seats.

> If there is a concern, please do not reseat yourselves. Contact an usher.

• We ask adults and taller patrons to be aware of smaller children behind you and adjust your position so they may see.

Special Needs Students and Groups

• Please notify the Ticket Office to arrange for appropriate ADA seating
when placing your order.

• Special Needs students will always be seated in the orchestra section
with at least one chaperone, and if possible, a friend companion.

• We cannot guarantee these students will be seated with their class.

• Hearing Impaired classes will be seated together in the orchestra.

• After payment, please notify Patron Services at 277-3170 as soon
as possible to coordinate your sign language interpreter’s needs.

We are looking forward to hosting a wonderful and exciting season
for you and your class.
