General Instructions
• Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
• New this year, seating is general admission based on first-come, first-seated. Please have your entire group present and colored admission ticket visible.
• All shows run approximately one hour. There are no intermissions.
• Study guides for each show are available online. One copy per order will be mailed prior to the performance. Please refer to Study Guides at left for more details.
• We have arranged for bus and small school group car parking since no paid visitor parking is guaranteed near Popejoy Hall. Please refer to Getting Here at left for details.
• We make every attempt to start all performances on time. Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to take care of personal needs and to have your class seated for the start of the show.
• All classes must check in with House Management in the lobby prior to being seated.
• Students must be accompanied by an adult to restrooms.
• Food, drinks, backpacks and gum are not allowed in the theatre.
• The use of cell phones, cameras and all recording devices is prohibited inside the theatre during a performance.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the performance is cancelled.
• Program subject to change.

Our 2007-2008 season is complete. We are no longer taking orders.

Payment
1. No order is complete until it is paid.
2. If payment is not received by the deadline the order will be canceled.
3. Once payment is received we will send you: an orientation letter with policies and procedures, a bus route map/permit, remote parking and shuttle information and permit for private vehicles, and your colored admission ticket, which you need for admittance to the show.
