Ordering Instructions:
1. All orders must be submitted in writing or online with complete information.
2. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
3. All tickets are $2.00 each until the ordering deadline. After the deadline, any available seats will be $4.00 each.
4. We will mail you a confirmation of your order with shows, the total number of seats and the total due.
5. If a show is sold out, you will be notified and given the option to be on a waiting list.
6. Please order only one performance of a show with multiple performances (e.g., Nutcracker).
Placing an order:
1. Complete the order form in the brochure or use our online form.
a. Each teacher should place his or her own order.
b. A school may make a combined payment.
c. Please indicate any ADA special needs.
2. Orders may be mailed, faxed, dropped off or completed on-line.
3. If the deadline has passed, then tickets are $4.00 and must be paid at the time of the order.
4. All seats are group admission except requested special needs. (Refer to Seating Policy)
Payment:
1. No order is complete until it is paid.
2. If payment is not received by the deadline, the order will be canceled.
3. Once payment is received we will send you: an orientation letter with policies and procedures, a bus route map and permit, remote parking and shuttle information and permit for private vehicles, and your admission ticket, which you need for admittance to the show.
No seats are guaranteed until payment has been received!
