Transportation and Parking

• Please coordinate bus transportation with other teachers in your school.
• For your safety, UNM is very specific about bus routes and drop-off and pick-up locations and times. We will send you a map to give to your bus driver(s). Please copy as needed. Please note that on the other side of these instructions will be a permit that must be placed in the bus window. Failure to do so and follow the instructions may result in a $50 fine.
• We are unable to make parking arrangements for private vehicles on the main campus for performances, as classes are in session.
• For those that must use cars, vans or small buses for transportation, free parking and free red and white shuttles are offered from the east parking lot of the UNM Football Stadium (UNM’s South Lot) to the Yale Mall (a short walk to Popejoy Hall). Maps with instructions for remote parking and UNM shuttles will be mailed to the name on the order form. These vehicles require a permit clearly displayed on the dashboard window. It will be included in your packet. Please copy as needed.
