General Information
- Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
- Please read the materials on the show(s) you have chosen to determine they are, in fact, appropriate to the grade, maturity and interest level of your group.
- All shows run approximately one hour. There are no intermissions.
- Please enjoy all food, gum and drink, including water, outside in the lobby.
- Student lunches, backpacks, strollers, and car seats must remain in the lobby due to fire safety and evacuation regulations.
- Storage is very limited and not secured.
- Teacher emergency and medical bags are allowed inside the hall.
- Dreamcatchers, Popejoy’s study guides, are available online throughout the season at www.schooltimeseries.com.
- Transportation and Parking.
- Paid Visitor Parking is NOT guaranteed on campus.
- Bus and small group car parking are available with permit.
- We make every attempt to start all performances on time.
- The house opens approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.
- Plan to arrive at least 25 minutes prior to the beginning of the show.
> We have a very limited time to seat up to 2,000 people.
- Pay Together, Arrive Together, Sit Together.
- General seating is divided into two sections based on date of payment.
- Seating within the section remains on a first-come, first-seated basis.
- Groups must pay together to sit in the same section and enter the theater together in order to sit together.
- Schooltime invites participation by special needs patrons.
- Restrooms are open to the general public. Therefore, we ask that all students be accompanied.
- Cell phones, cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the theatre during a performance.
- Shows marked “Sold-Out” on the web site may still be possible to attend.
- Place your order.
- If we are sold-out you will automatically be placed on the waiting list.
- If you ordered prior to the payment due date, we will honor the $2 price.
- All other tickets are $4.
- The Ticket Office will contact you if there is an opening.
- If you choose to attend after the payment due date, all fees are due within one week.
- Seats will continue to be filled based on the order of payment.
- All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless the performance is canceled.
- The Program is subject to change.

We will include information on ticket availability, payment reminders, comments, lesson plans and questions from other educators. Your student’s art can be found here and on our website.
