• Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
• Please read the materials on the show(s) you have chosen to determine they
are, in fact, appropriate to the grade, maturity and interest level of your group.
• All shows run approximately one hour. There are no intermissions.
• Please enjoy all food, gum and drink, including water, outside
in the lobby.
> Student lunches, backpacks, strollers, and car seats must
remain in the lobby due to fire safety and evacuation regulations.
• Storage is very limited and not secured.
> Teacher emergency and medical bags are allowed inside the hall.
• Dreamcatchers, Popejoy’s study guides, are available online
throughout the season here.
• Transportation and Parking – Please check here for information.
> No paid Visitor Parking is guaranteed on campus.
> Bus and small school group car parking are available with permit.
• We make every attempt to start all performances on time.
> The house opens approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.
> Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the beginning of the show.
• We have a very limited time to seat up to 2,000 people.
> Please wait to be seated before using the restrooms.
• Seating is assigned by group, based on a first-come, first-seated
basis. Please visit seating policy page for details.
> Schooltime invites participation by special needs students.
> Restrooms are open to the general public. Therefore, we ask that all students be accompanied.
• Use of cell phones, cameras and all recording devices is prohibited inside
the theatre during a performance. This includes texting and game playing.
• Shows marked “Sold-Out” on the web sites may still be possible to attend.
> Call our Ticket Office at 277-6746 to be placed on a waiting list.
° We will hold your $2 price if you call before the payment due date.
° The Ticket Office will contact you if there is an opening.
° If you choose to attend and it is after the payment due date, all fees are due immediately upon acceptance.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the performance
is canceled.
